Mr. Natarajan has experience litigating at the federal and state level, having represented commercial clients in the prosecution of securities actions brought under federal law, contract based actions and disputes among members, officers and shareholders of closely held technology companies. Mr. Natarajan advises clients on grant-based financing initiatives, including those involving the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, internal governance issues and employment issues, including those pertaining to federal and state anti-discrimination laws, hiring and termination issues and executive compensation and severance plans. Mr. Natarajan has also advised non-profit organizations on formation, internal governance issues, ethics and management issues. |

•Represented and obtained settlement for New Jersey based technology consultancy in federal securities litigation involving contractual, corporate governance and financing issues. •Obtained dismissal on behalf of technology consultants in breach of employment contract brought by IT staffing company •Argued before United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in Lok Prakashan v. Berman •Represent non-profit Tamil language school in corporate governance, tax exemption issues and risk management •Represented and obtained IRS exemption under Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3) for non-profit client which had complex operational history and was operating several years prior to application for exemption •Obtained favorable monetary settlement and dismissal of claims on behalf of defendant in a commercial real estate development dispute in Ocean County, New Jersey |
